We understand how important it is to find the perfect vehicle. At Avalon Luxury Auto, we offer options to help you secure the car you’ve been searching for. Auction access might be the ideal solution for you.

Auction Scenario 1: Attend the Auction

  1. Attend the auction with an Avalon Luxury Auto representative to inspect and purchase a vehicle yourself. ($100 non-refundable fee)
  2. Buyers must provide proof of funds before entering the auction yard. Entry is limited to drivers only.
  3. Complete a form outlining the specific vehicles you’re interested in purchasing.
  4. Transfer funds to Avalon Luxury Auto prior to bidding. Vehicles are purchased “as is” unless a warranty is provided by the auction or manufacturer. Avalon Luxury Auto does not provide or guarantee warranties.
  5. Buyers are responsible for auction fees, dealer fees ($200), notary/document charges, taxes, and tag fees.

Please note: The $100 fee is non-refundable, but all other funds will be refunded if a bid is not won.

Auction Scenario 2: Let Us Find Your Dream Vehicle

  1. Provide details about the vehicle you’re looking for, and Avalon Luxury Auto will source it from private collections or auctions ($250 non-refundable fee).
  2. Complete a form specifying the vehicles you’re interested in.
  3. Transfer funds to cover the vehicle purchase prior to bidding.
  4. Vehicles are purchased “as is” unless a warranty is provided by the auction or manufacturer. Avalon Luxury Auto does not offer or guarantee warranties.
  5. Buyers are responsible for auction fees, dealer fees ($350), notary/document charges, taxes, and tag fees.

Please note: The $250 fee is non-refundable, but all other funds will be refunded if a bid is not won.
